With COVID-19 restrictions slowly lifting and in efforts to ease the burden on the hospital system, we are pleased to announce that we will be accepting new admissions based on the following criteria:
1) Client is discharged directly from hospital into a SupportiveLiving Residence
2) There is a 24-hour COVID-19 test conducted prior to discharge that is negative
For all other client admissions outside of the hospital system (i.e. coming in from shelters, group homes or family homes, independent living), if you are able to supply a negative COVID-19 test for your client taken in the previous 24 hours, we will consider your client’s application and make the placement accordingly. This is subject to a case by case assessment for risk.
